    Responsible for ensuring that external sharp edges are deburred to company specifications. Reviews work order, work instructions, and blue print for edge break requirements. Performs the following operations: parts cleaning, tumble deburr, bench kellering, jitter bug finish, buffing, glass bead blasting, and lapping. Operates precision air tools/ electrical motor Foredom. Performs inspection of deburring operations using appropriate instruments and gages to ensure quality standards are met.

Changes setups and tooling as specified in program instructions. Positions material, checks machine operation and then machines parts to the specifications provided in engineering documents.     Able to read & understand job step information, WIP move, complete quantity accept/reject and create NCMR's.

    Documentation Accuracy

    Information is accurate, legible and complete on inspection reports i.e. work order number, serial number, revision, dimension results, check methods, quantity, Final Inspection plan (FIP) report and inspector/s name/stamp.
