Ca - B & B Manufacturing,

and automotive industries, today announced a 3-day job fair beginning Tuesday,
May 13th from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm; Thursday, May 15th from 4:30 pm -
6:30 pm; and Saturday May 17th from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.

find ourselves in an interesting time, while we see a number of challenges in
the economy today; we continue to see strong market demand for manufacturing
services. B & B has been awarded and is involved in many new business
opportunities which drives the need to attract new employees to our organization.
Attendees of the job fair will have a chance to preview our latest Lean Manufacturing
Cell which produces engine crankcases for Lycoming engines. The cell will
operate 5 days per week, 24 hours per day and will produce approximately 2000
crankcases annually. The cell is able to manufacture the crankcase assembly
from a raw casting to the completed assembly in just over 2 days." said Jeff
Lage, Vice President at B & B Manufacturing.

"In
order to keep up with the manufacturing demand, B&B will be opening its
doors to applicants who are intersted in developing their careers while working
at a world-class corporation. We developed a three day event to help meet the
needs of potential candidate's busy schedules. Tuesday is a lunch-time event;
Thursday event offers a late afternoon time to visit B & B and Saturday
supports those who may not have the time to visit us during the week. During
our three-day job fair, applicants will be given the opportunity to meet with
our management staff, tour our state of the art facility, learn about lean
manufacturing and have a chance to interview with the hiring managers. In
addition to the guided tours, we will be having music, food, giveaways, a
raffle with several prizes including the chance to win iPods" said Lilia
